Project Proposals & Payments
Every project begins with a mutually agreed proposal. Payments follow agreed milestones. Delayed payments may pause work. Additional features outside the agreed scope may require additional charges.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ownership of final deliverables transfers to the client after full payment. Reusable libraries, frameworks, methodologies and general technical knowledge remain the property of BimShri Technologies.
Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate requirements, content, timely feedback and approvals.
Confidentiality
We respect client confidentiality and will not disclose confidential information without authorization unless required by law.
Third-Party Services
We are not responsible for outages, pricing changes or policy updates made by third-party providers.
Warranty
We strive to deliver high-quality software but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation in every environment.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the applicable service, where permitted by law.
Termination
Either party may terminate a project according to the agreed contract. Completed work remains payable.
